Deposits

When you would like to fund you wallet and deposit money that you will use to play the SA National Lotto you have the following payment methods to choose from:

1. CASH Deposit into our Bank Account
    Use your CELL NUMBER as reference.
    A flat rate charge of R7.78 per transaction is charged regardless of the amount of the transaction. This charge is deducted from your
    transaction amount.
    This cost is a handling fee and is NOT charged by Lottery Online.

2. EFT - Internet Banking Transfer to our Bank Account
    Use your CELL NUMBER as reference.
    A flat rate charge of R7.78 per transaction is charged regardless of the amount of the transaction. This charge is deducted from your
    transaction amount.
    This cost is a handling fee and is NOT charged by Lottery Online.

3. Give us permission to collect funds from your bank account.
    This works out to be the cheapest option.
    A flat rate charge of R7.50 per transaction, regardless of the amount of the transaction, is deducted from your
    transaction amount.
    This cost is a handling fee and is NOT charged by Lottery Online.

Please Note: Your Internet Banking Transfer will be channeled through the normal banking gateways. Your money should be in your wallet within 3 minutes. Network congestion can influence this. If your deposit is delayed please send your proof of payment to payments@pwallet.co.za. All queries will be handled by staff during office hours.

Inter-bank transfers take 24 hours to clear. (EG: ABSA to FNB)
Intra-bank transfers take 15 minutes. (EG: ABSA to ABSA)



Payouts

Once the draw has been concluded, you will be notified via sms if your numbers were drawn and the amount you have won.

If the amount won is up to and includes R50,000 you will notified via sms and your WALLET will be created with your winnings.

You will have three options:

  • Keep the funds in your WALLET to use for future purchasing of tickets.
  • You will be able to move the funds to your bank account
  • Have it sent to ABSA Cash Send. Please note this option is Limited to R5,000

If the amount won exceeds R50,000, you will be notified by Lidonga Technology and Telecoms via SMS or email who will handle this payment.

Please note: there is a flat bank charge of R7.78 charged on each withdrawal regardless of the amount.


Withdrawals

To make a withdrawal from your WALLET all you need to do is send an sms to 31792 with the word PAYOUT and the amount. Eg: PAYOUT 500 (Do not put the currency in – only the amount you wish to withdraw will be accepted).

For your first withdrawal, and only for your first withdrawal, you will be required to supply the following documentation:

  • Copy of SA ID document.
  • Bank statement (SA Bank Account one pager)
  • Letter of request for payout and signature.

Once these documents have been received they will be kept on record and you will not need to resubmit for future withdrawals.
