How to Buy Credits

Before you can use the wallet you need to get credit into the wallet. There are a few ways in which you can do this:

  1. Make a CASH Deposit into our Bank Account with your CELL NUMBER as reference.
  2. Do an Internet Banking Transfer to our Bank Account with your CELL NUMBER as reference.
  3. Give us permission to collect funds from your bank account. Note: This is the cheapest option for you.

Options 1 & 2:

VERY IMPORTANT: It is really important that you ALWAYS use your CELL NUMBER as reference when you make deposits or transfers. CELL NUMBER only and nothing more. Without that CELL NUMBER our servers cannot process your transaction and you will have to wait for a human to see the transaction and try and figure out what to do with the funds. By the way... humans only work office hours.

Note: Your Internet Banking Transfer will be channeled through the normal banking gateways. If you pay from FNB to FNB or from ABSA to ABSA your money should be in your wallet within 15 minutes. Network congestion can influence this. If you do an EFT from any other bank to the ABSA account above, the normal Internet banking rules will apply. Your Bank will be able to give you more info on how long an EFT will take to reach our account.

If your deposit is delayed please send your proof of payment to payments@pwallet.co.za. All queries will be handled by staff during office hours.


Once the funds have been received by pWallet you will get a SMS that will thank you for your deposit and you will see what your Wallet Balance is.

Option 3:

This option is the cheapest for you. To activate this feature, please go to your Edit Profile page, choose option 3 under Payment Method, and enter your bank details.

IMPORTANT: The debit order value you specify will be deducted on a monthly basis on the DTO run day.

PLEASE NOTE: There are handling charges that will be for your account when making a purchase. These are not charged by Lottery Online but rather the banking fee's.
